TRITÓN^® locking system

The new Tritón all-metal handle is made of zinc alloy , just like the bolt and locking counterpart. The material ensures a higher level of security for the technology installed in the cabinet. The handle is fully backward compatible with the original door design. We are currently developing an electronic unit that can be retrofitted to the new handle.

Innovation features:

• Automatic handle deployment on lock release, door opens by turning the handle,
• Standardized mounting hole for PHZ profile cylinder lock (according to EN 1303 standard),
• Option to replace the universal round Burg lock with a half-cylinder lock (available with a universal, unique, paired, master, or dedicated unique key system),
• Made of zinc alloy with painted surface finish, RAL 9005 color with fine texture,
• The handle can be installed in a 150×25 mm opening,
• Handle grounding tested by an external certified laboratory,
• Handle compatible with single- and multi-point locking systems,
• Standard supply includes a round Burg lock insert and universal key, compatible with locks in side and rear covers,
• Newly supplied doors include a universal mounting hole with grounding support. The center section for grounding can be removed for other handles,
• Option to supply the handle without a lock insert, allowing the customer to install their own lock insert.

You can select between a standard round cylinder lock with a universal key or a half-cylinder lock. At any time during operation, even with a fully equipped cabinet, it is possible to upgrade to a higher security level by simply replacing a few components or switching to a master key system.
